Lutein May Protect Against Sun
Eating your greens could be key to protecting your skin from sun damage according to new research from the States.
A study by Harvard University into the beneficial effects of the antioxidant, lutein, suggests that consumption of lutein – found in such dark green leafy vegetables as spinach – protects the skin against some of the damaging effects of the sun.

Another reason to eat a diet which is rich in leafy greens. There are lots more reasons – leafy green vegetables are highly nutritious and very good for weight loss.
