How to Shed Weight

How to Shed Weight

In order to shed weight we need to do two things. We need to consume fewer calories (calories-in) and burn up more calories (calories-out).

Note: Diet pills don’t help us to shed weight because they don’t help us to consume fewer calories long-term or burn more calories.
