How to Reduce Fat-Ratio

How to Reduce Fat-Ratio

In order to reduce our fat-to-muscle ratio – i.e. reduce fat while increasing muscle – we need to adopt 2 regular habits. We need to cut food calories (calories-in) and burn off more calories (calories-out).

Diet supplements don’t help us to improve our fat-ratio because they are not effective in helping us to reduce calories long-term or exercise more.

Reduce Fat-Ratio by Eliminating a Bad Weekly Habit

Example
2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing contain 185 calories.
It is not an ideal food if you want to reduce your fat-ratio.

By NOT eating blue cheese dressing, once a week, you reduce your calorie intake by about 9,620 calories, per year.

In body weight terms, this is equal to 2.7 pounds of weight.
