How to Reduce BMI (Body Mass Index)
In order to reduce our BMI we must do two things. We need to consume fewer calories (calories-in) and burn up more calories (calories-out).
Note: Diet pills don’t help us to reduce our BMI because they don’t help us to consume fewer calories long-term or burn more calories.

2 tablespoons of Italian dressing contain 145 calories.
It is not an ideal food if you want to reduce your BMI.
By NOT eating Italian dressing, once a week, you consume about 7,540 fewer calories, per year.
This is equivalent to about 2 pounds of weight.
