In order to lose excess weight we need to do two things. We need to consume fewer calories (calories-in) and burn up more calories (calories-out).
Note: Weight loss pills or appetite suppressants don’t help us to lose weight because they don’t help us to consume fewer calories long-term or burn more calories.

A 2oz honey bun contains about 242 calories.
It is not an ideal food if you want to lose excess weight.
By NOT eating a honey bun, once a week, you consume about 12,584 fewer calories, per year.
This is equivalent to about 3.6 pounds of excess weight.
