A Sample Menu from Anne’s diet

Breakfast
Orange juice, large bowl cereal, 2 slices toast, Coffee/tea.
Lunch
Large bowl of soup, large turkey sandwich.
Dinner
Roast chicken, potatoes, peas, carrots, broccoli and gravy.
Dessert
Low-fat ice-cream & fresh fruit.
Plus
1 fat free yogurt, 4/5 helpings of fruit,
1 pint fat-free milk or ½ pint low-fat
