What should I do?In general, men tend to eat more animals and drink more alcohol than women, so eating red meat no more than twice a week and drinking no more than 8-10 units of alcohol a week, is a good start. If you are single, hate cooking, and eat out quite a lot, please be warned: dining out is risky for your weight. So find yourself a healthy restaurant or a willing chef and choose low fat dishes whenever possible. Other than that, the same principles apply to men as women.
