I ruin my diet by snacking on my kids' leftovers. What can I do?
Sticking to a diet is difficult when you have small children. If they are old enough ask them to put their leftovers in the trash can. Alternatively, cook less and avoid temptation. Finally, make sure that you are eating enough. Cooking for others when you have an empty stomach is a recipe for disaster. Note: If you hate throwing away leftovers, put them in the refrigerator and serve them later. |
