| Q.
I'm hopeless at dieting. How do I lose weight?
I'll tell you what you should NOT do - go hungry! Forget about starving yourself to lose weight. Instead, fill your stomach with lots of less-fattening food. Many dieters think that losing weight means eating tiny portions. This is not true. Successful weight loss means eating less fewer calories, not tiny portions. Remember: a full stomach is your best protection against weight gain from tempting junk food - such as high-calorie fatty or sugary foods. |
