I've had a bad week on my diet. Should I continue dieting?
Well if you don't continue, you'll stay fat. In fact, you'll probably put on more weight. Besides, what's the rush? Losing weight isn't a race. Just relax, go back on your diet and eat sensibly. You may have delayed your weight loss by a few days, but so what? Dieting is like life. It has ups and downs. So don't expect to be a perfect dieter and don't feel guilty when your diet goes wonky! Guilt is much more dangerous for diets than eating a few extra calories. |
