A. A good way to reduce
fat when frying anything is to use a heavy non-stick pan. Stir fries are
a great way of cooking both meat and vegetables.
Reduce calories and fat
by using less meat and more vegetables.
Slice the meat or vegetables
thinly and cook in either water, lemon juice, soy sauce, mushroom sauce,
oyster sauce, or any combination of these.
For a meat-free healthy
low-fat meal, stir fry a mixture of vegetables in soy sauce and lemon
juice, add a fistful of pinenuts and serve with egg-free noodles.
