Q. How can I lose weight and eat healthily when I have no time to cook?
I live on ready-to-eat meals at the moment.

A. The only way to reduce body fat, lose weight and maintain your weight loss is to develop healthy eating habits.

If you must use ready-to-eat meals then choose the lowest fat options available (10g fat per serving or less).

Then add plenty of fresh or frozen vegetables or salad. In a rush? Then buy pre-washed, chopped vegetables and salad, and follow with chopped fresh fruit.
